WhenATTTurismo booking trips or services by other operators besides ATTTurismo we do so as agent for the operator concerned whose own conditions of carriage will apply and our liability shall be limited to travel on our services

Payments Policy

After our availability confirmation email you are required to pay 25% of total cost in advance to secure your booking. We will only book with the service providers after payment confirmation by our bank. Please have in mind that if this process takes too long some of the services may not be available anymore.

The rest of the payment should be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date so that you receive your vouchers on time. If we do not receive this final payment we will
consider the reservation as cancelled. And the cancelation policy applies

About the booking for transfers, the confirmation email is your reservation. This issue should be presented to the driver or representative for both the outward and return journey to.

Cancelations policy
If you cancel 5 working days or more prior to your arrival, your cancellation will be free of charge.
If you cancel within 5 working days or your arrival, you will receive a full refund with the exception of the first two days of hotels and services. In case of Force Majeure, we will gladly work with you to either reschedule the tour, or try to obtain a full refund.

ATTTurismo reserves the right (and delegates to its drivers) to refuse to carry any person purporting to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and / or whose behavior is considered a threat to the driver, the vehicle or other passengers.

Smoking is not permitted in vehicles.

ATTTurismo strives to carry the passenger with comfort and your destination shown on the confirmation document. However circumstances beyond our control may prevent the achievement of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances that are not within our control:
